I like to choose from a variety of flavors for my shakes!
Please enjoy a few of my favorite shake recipes:
- Chocolate Blueberry- 3 scoops Chocolate Nutrimeal, a handful of frozen organic blueberries
- Mixed Berry- 3 scoops Strawberry Nutrimeal, a handful of frozen organic mixed berries
- Chocolate Almond Butter- 3 scoops Chocolate Nutrimeal, 1 tbs Almond Butter or Sunflower Butter
- Strawberry Banana- 3 scoops Strawberry Nutrimeal, 1/2 frozen banana
- Pumpkin Spice- 3 scoops Vanilla Nutrimeal, 1 tbs organic pureed pumpkin (place the remaining from the can in ice cube trays to store for future use), a dash of vanilla extract, pumpkin spices to taste
- Vanilla Coconut- 3 scoops Vanilla Nutrimeal, 1 tbs shredded coconut
