I wonder if a discerning tongue would find this dish more pumpkiney or filled with sweet potatoe pie goodness? I say it could go either way. It is essentially a pie in a bowl.

- 1 cup peeled, chopped sweet potato or yam
- 4 cups fresh carrot juice
- 1/2 avocado (substitute with 1/2 c coconut milk if you plan to warm this soup)
- 1 tsp agave nectar or honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
Blend until smooth and serve in a bowl at room temp or chill in fridge.
